Rakhi Sawant is the both the controversy and drama queen of the Indian entertainment industry. It is wise to know before hand that if Rakhi Sawant is nearby, controversies can never be far behind. The situation at hand is not an exception. Rakhi Sawant very willingly drags herself into another controversy by taking a dig at the Pakistani actress Veena Malik. She has been extremely vocal about the sudden disappearances of Ms. Malik. In fact she has even gone to the extent of comparing Veena Malik to the former fallen dictators Saddam Hussein and Colonel Gadaffi.But Veena Malik has just not received a controversial comment from the Rakhi Sawant but has been widely criticized in her home country, Pakistan as well. She is heard to have received death threats in her homeland because of her work . She had appeared on the cover page of the FHM magazine. Her appearance was almost nude and on top of that she had an ISI tattoo on her arm. This picture obviously enraged the public in Pakistan and made Veena Malik an instant outcaste in the Pakistani society.
In fact there was a lot of anxiousness and apprehensions when she was not being found anywhere for some time. Her manger reported her as missing on a particular Saturday. However later she was found resting in a hotel and the fears of her being killed came down instantaneously.
Taking cue from this drama Rakhi Sawant added the needed spice to the already hot news. She kept on taking a dig at her and kept on comparing her to the dictators Saddam Hussein and colonel Gaddafi. While speaking on the issue of Veena Malik going missing and later being found resting in a hotel room, Rakhi Sawant said that “Saddam Hussein was found hiding in a little bunker in Iraq by American troops” She also made compared the new model Veena Malik with hardcore criminals such as Osama Bin Laden And Gadaffi very explicitly. She was heard to have remarked “Osama Bin Laden was found hiding in a house compound in Pakistan by American forces. Muammar Gaddafi was captured by rebel militia while hiding in a drain underneath a road in Libya. And Pakistani starlet Veena Malik was found by the Indian media hiding in a suburban hotel in Mumbai”. This comprehensive sentence was enough to insult Veena in the worst possible way ever for her act.
