Mumbai: Katrina Kaif is the real beauty. She is no less than a beauty queen and hits the hearts who come across her. She is the top notch Hindi film actress along with Kareena Kapoor and both of these ladies charge the highest eye-opening amount for a film and brand endorsements. Now a new ad for the chocolate has been conceptualized and the work has been done on it to make it happen. Katrina is now geared up to shoot for this advertisement. Well, the beautiful actress will be seen in three different looks in this single ad. The three looks include Fairytale Girl, Red Riding Hood and Cinderella.

Katrina in an interview about this ad says that she is the brand ambassador for this chocolate brand and as everybody loves grabbing the chocolates, so does she. She then adds that she is quite excited endorsing the chocolate brand.

The commercial for chocolate would be a fusion of reality and fantasy where Kat first will enter into the character of a fairytale bringing in the Choc On chocolate and then conferring it to another angelic character.

The brand’s authorities say that the idea of this ad is to get the viewer lured by the utmost temptation for the chocolate. They then add that having Katrina Kaif in the ad is a true fit in character. The ad will be made under the ad banner Passion Films and this ad will reportedly be worth Rs. 20 crores.

Katrina Kaif at the launch of BlackBerry Curve 9220

Katrina Kaif is the brand ambassador for BlackBerry and the actress turned up in a gorgeous red dress at the launch event of BlackBerry Curve 9220 smart phone in Delhi on Wednesday. Kaif did the honors of unveiling the new BlackBerry Curve 9220 along with the company executives. This new phone by Research in Motion (RIM) is thinner, sleeker and smarter. It comes with BlackBerry OS 7.1 and has a dedicated key for accessing BlackBerry Messenger and FM radio. Priced at Rs. 10,990 the new phone has a 2 megapixel camera and a 2.44″ screen. Katrina appeared in a black dress at the launch party of the new phone.

Meanwhile, Imtiaz Ali’s production PI films, headed by his wife Preeti, has offered Katrina the lead role in ’22 Tango’ which happens to be a remake of the 2009 Korean film My Girlfriend is an Agent.

Katrina Kaif scared of Yash Raj’s extensive fitness sessions

Mumbai: Katrina Kaif enjoys her super stardom a lot these days. She is at the top position along with Kareena Kapoor today and Kaif likes enjoying every bit of it and she does with aplomb. With this top position, she is all the time filled with many big offers and brand endorsements in addition to other offers of the appearances at various events. In a capsule, Katrina is soaring super high nowadays.

Recently she wrapped up the hectic schedule of shooting in London for Yash Chopra’s comeback to direction flick which is still untitled. The next schedule of shooting will be announced later by the Yash Raj camp. But in the meantime, Katrina is busy with so many other assignments. The most important of all is Dhoom 3, which is also the production of Yash Raj Films. She is playing the main lead opposite another Khan of Bollywood – Aamir Khan.

Kaif is to do the action role in this film for the very first time in her career. To doll this role up with conviction and to give it actual feel on screen, Katrina is to get a well-maintained body and training to do the action sequences. She is presently doing the heavy specialized fitness training sessions these days. For the coming ten days, Kaif will be provided with extensive physical training at Yash Raj Studios for four hours daily. She expresses that these sessions are basically for checking out her stamina. She goes on saying that this all scares her a lot.

She is not new to fitness but she is not used to the extensive workout sessions, which leave her entire body fully exhausted. She mentions that after these grueling fitness sessions, her body demands rest and food and she gets fully dead for the rest of the day’ activities.

Katrina says that she can do these kinds of fitness sessions in this age. Once she crosses her thirty, she would not be able to do them at all.

Katrina Kaif in Dabangg 2??

Katrina Kaif and item numbers go hand-in-hand. The latest news is that Kats is very keen on being a part of Salman Khan’s Dabangg 2. She had expressed her desire to be in Dabangg 2 while shooting for Ek Tha Tiger.

So is Kats hinting an item number on her name??

Well, we heard that this time Salman Khan is eager on roping in Kareena Kapoor for one of his songs,‘Munni’ Malaika is already an item girl in the film.

Well, the news of Katrina Kaif baggin in Prakash Jha’s next project ‘Satyagrah’ in the role of a politician does not come without controversies. The gossip columns are abuzz with the story that Kaif pipped Kareena Kapoor to grab the role.

Both Katrina and Kareena were in the race for the lead role in the film Satyagrah which is based on the issue of corruption, said to be loosely inspired from the Anna Hazare movement. The movie stars Akshay Kumar in the male lead and he is also co-producing the film.

Kareena Kapoor or Katrina Kaif may have been rivals for this role but they have come together for the cover of Cineblitz magazine April 2012 cover. The picture, however, is not from an exclusive cover shoot – it’s rather from their recent ad shoots.

Katrina Kaif to don action avatar in Dhoom 3!

After Ek Tha Tiger, actress Katrina Kaif is all set to prepare for Dhoom 3. It’s going to be full on action, once again.

Reports state that kats will essay the role of a gymnast in the film. It is also heard that Katrina’s action scens will be at par with Aamir Khan, who is her co-star in the film.

Now that she is opposite Aamir Khan, Kats wants to get everything right. She has hired an international fitness instructor to help her train for Dhoom 3.

Katrina is presently in London, shooting with SRK. It is heard that her trainer is also present with her and the actress trains for two hours every day. The training will go on for four months post which Dhoom 3 will start to get filmed.

Kat’s personal trainer Yasmin Karachiwala tells a daily, “Kat needs to get flexible and lean, so when she returns from London, we will change her workout routine…She doesn’t need to look thin, but lean.”

Katrina Kaif to go de-glam for Prakash Jha’s ‘Satyagrah’

Prakash Jha had cast Katrina Kaif in a de-glam avatar in ‘Rajneeti’ and must say that Kaif did justice to her role. Once again, Prakash Jha has roped in Kaif for yet another de-glam role in his next project ‘Satyagrah’ which is based on the subject of anti-corruption. Reports have it that the film draws certain inspiration to the Anna Hazare episode.

The film has Akshay Kumar in the main lead who also happens to be its producer. Rumors are rife that Madhuri Dixit is also doing a role in the film. If everything works out fine, this will be the fifth film that Akshay and Katrina would be doing together after Tees Maar Khan, Singh Is King, Namaste London, and Humko Deewana Kar Gaye in the past.

Mumbai: Well, Bollywood films always offer interesting stuff to watch and often something unique is dished out for the audiences. Well, the latest to hit the Bollywood screens is a film that carries an altogether unique subject in which Katrina Kaif is to play the love interest of none other than Amitabh Bachchan. This is not new that Bachchan is going to enact the leading role opposite the girl of his daughter’s age rather the mega star has been starred in a couple of movies in which the role demanded him to fall in love with the teenager or the much young gal than him. Those films namely Nishabd (opposite Jiah Khan) and Cheeni Kum (opposite Tabu) and their subjects were liked by the audiences.

Now this film too is on the lines of those movies though all of three films’ stories are different – we cannot put them under same light but the overall concept seems to be same where a much aged man falls in love with the girl much younger than him.

Katrina has been the love interest of many Bollywood heroes in her career but this time around, the opportunity is far different and unique as she is required to essay the main lead opposite Amitabh Bachchan.

Nikhil Advani, the director of movies like Kal Ho Na Ho and Patiala House has brought this exceptional idea to make a movie on. Katrina has been zeroed in by Nikhil to play this highly unconventional role in the film ‘Mehrunnisa’. This will be a real challenge for Katrina to doll it up. Nikhil personally approached Katrina with this offer. In this film, Katrina’s role is of a 20 years old girl whose journey goes till she turns 60. Thus besides playing the love interest of Bachchan she is also required to enact an older woman in the film.

Nikhil flew specially to London to narrate the script to Kaif and the sources told that she has said ‘yes’ to the offer. The rest of the formalities will be done once she arrives in Mumbai.

Reason: she shot for a soft drink commercial in Thailand where she had to swim underwater without any diving gear. After a couple of takes, she slowly managed to get her breathing right. And then, she worked on her expressions and got them bang on.

Katrina’s Unbeatable Spirit – Shooting Continuously For Commercials

Mumbai: The girl ruling over maximum hearts in the country now is none other than Katrina Kaif who has recently proved her mettle with the sensational moves in the song ‘Chikni Chameli’ in the movie ‘Agneepath’. She was seen rocking the screen with her steps and body language and this appearance for sure increased her fan list.

The lady soon after this engaged herself in the ad commercial of ‘Slice’ which is a fruit based soft drink brand. She has already done a slice TV commercial which was quite appealing. She has again finished shooting for another advertisement of the brand. She has reportedly done the shooting in an unrevealed location in Thailand. According to source she has done under water shots there and has even worked for more than fourteen hours a day to finish her work. It is sure the lady has dedicatedly given in to her work and is working ‘Day – Night’.

According to sources, Katrina Kaif is a hardcore professional and tough work schedule doesn’t scare her. She has to go through extensive shooting sequences in the new ad of Slice. She has to perform tough under water tasks which are usually very tiring and especially when done for long hours. But Katrina handled it quite efficiently. Says a source, “Katrina is a thorough professional and hard work doesn’t scare her. The new Slice ad required her to shoot extensively under water and it is quite tiring. She wrapped up two days’ work in a day and everyone was impressed with her comfort in water.”

Katrina Kaif To Act With Kamal Hassan?

It seems Katrina Kaif is not only in demand in Bollywood but also down south. Recently, it was heard that she might sign Kochadaiyaan with the superstar Rajinikanth, and now, reports suggests that she is approached for a film opposite the talented Kamal Haasan.

The actress is likely to be part of the project, titled Thalaivan Irukkindran, that will mark the return of the duo Aascar Ravichandran and Kamal Haasan, and the makers are keen to have Shankar as director for the magnum opus. Sources further add, “It looks like talks are on with A R Rahman as well to score the music for this larger-than-life movie.”

If all goes well then we might see the oh-so-beautiful Katrina Kaif with Kamal Haasan in this big budget Tamil film. But as for now talks are on with the actress, who is a bit tied up with two films: one is with Shahrukh Khan, while another one (read Dhoom 3) is with Aamir Khan.

After finishing his ambitious project Viswaroopam, Kamal is gearing up for Ravichandran’s film, which is also said to be the highest-budget film ever made in Tamil cinema.

Katrina Kaif gears up for some serious action sequences

There is no denying the fact that currently, Katrina Kaif is one of the most bankable actresses in our tinsel town. As the beauty mints out successful item numbers in a row, she has also geared up for some hardcore action sequences for ‘Ek Tha Tiger’ which stars Salman Khan in the main lead.

These high voltage action sequences will be shot in Cuba under the direction of renowned Hollywood action director Conrad Palmisano of Transformers fame. Though the makers had suggested that Katrina went for mild and easy stunts, but the actress insisted she wants to perform the same stunts that Salman Khan is performing, to which Conrad Palmisano agreed. As such, the fans will now get to see Katrina doing the free falling and midair fighting sequences with Salman Khan!

Katrina Kaif confirmed the reports saying that she has played a lot of feminine roles in the past, and though the stunts are scary, they are a lot fun too! She takes these stunts as a challenge and even says that at this stage of her career, she wants to take these sorts of challenges!
